Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service within the meaning of Art. 7 point 28 of the Act on Public Transport, consisting in the provision of passenger information board maintenance services for public transport in the City of Bydgoszcz in 2026.2. The detailed scope and terms of execution of the order are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, constituting: its integral part, i.e.: 1) in the draft provisions of the Agreement with annexes, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, 3. The ordering party sets the minimum value of the parties' performance at 90% of the contract value.4. The Ordering Party does not provide for any option referred to in art. 441 section 1 Pzp.5. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 Pzp;6. If the Ordering Party decides to conduct negotiations, the Ordering Party will conduct negotiations based on the price criterion.7. Completion date: 12 months, counting from from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026 (the start date of the order scheduled for 01/01/2026 may change only in the event of a prolonged selection procedure performers)
