- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in transporting students to schools in the commune of Goleniow.
2. The subject of the contract are services in the field of public public transport
with priority of students with a monthly ticket purchased by the Employer from the ContractorTogether with providing care for these students during the journey to:
1) of schools - from Monday to Friday, excluding: non -working days from the Act of 18 January 1951 on non -working days (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 296) and in accordance with the organization of the school year specifiedby the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211),
2) kindergartens and kindergarten points - from Monday to Friday, excluding: free days from work specified in the Act of 18 January 1951 on daysfree from work (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 296) and months: July and August.
3. Service and resources of students to schools take place on the basis of "routes of students to schools to schools in the commune of Goleniow".
4. Further detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract documents.
