The subject of the order is the provision of patient nutrition services, in particular: preparation from own products and daily delivery of all-day meals for hospitalized patients at the Complex of Health Care Facilities. Jerzy Pioro in Dobre Miasto /Team in Dobre Miasto/ having its organizational units in two locations:
a) Department of Internal Diseases (OChW), Care and Treatment Center (ZOL), Care Center Psychiatric Treatment Center (ZOLP) in Dobre Miasto at ul. Grunwaldzka 10b,
b) Care and Treatment Facility (ZOLB), Care and Treatment Facility For mechanically ventilated (ZOLR) in Barczewo at ul. NiepodlegΕoΕci 9.
2. The ordering party did not divide the order into parts because the subject of the order - a comprehensive patient nutrition service - constitutes an inseparable whole in terms of organisation, logistics and technology. Contractor can submit only one offer for one lot.
