Patients' nutrition service of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław consisting in ensuring daily, 24 -hour meal preparation, delivery of meals to the meal collection point ....
The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure with the value of an exceeding order EU thresholds, pursuant to art. 132 of the PZP Act
1. The subject of the contract is:
1) provided by the Contractor by a comprehensive nutrition service of patients of the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Wrocław (Ordering Party), consisting in ensuring daily, 24 -hour meal preparation, Delivery of meals to meal pickup points and post -consumer collection in facilities located at H. Kamieńskiego 73a Street in Wrocław - hereinafter referred to as the hospital and ul. Odlecka 8 in Wrocław - hereinafter referred to as the branch. The service will be provided in all 7 days of the week,
2) providing (renting and lending) space in order to enable the contractor to perform obligations at the headquarters of the Ordering Party. The contractor in connection with the provision of the area is burdened with the obligations to adapt them to the conducted activities, including Equipped with central cuisine with social, office and warehouse facilities, milk kitchen, washable and departmental stoves in the hospital and the branch ward in the equipment necessary for the implementation of the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations and delivery to the Employer, a positively approved project technological kitchen,
3) change of the delivery and distribution system at the Employer's Delivery and Distribution System with the thermal insulation trays for meals equipped with reusable containers.
