- 1. The subject of the contract are: PCR tests for the Ingenius Elit apparatus owned by the Ordering Party for the Clinical Microbiology Department for a period of 24 months for the Provincial Specialist Hospital Blessed Virgin Mary in CzΔstochowa.
2. Description of the subject of the contract was included in the assortment and price form,constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. Other terms regarding the performance of the contract were specified in Annex 6 to SWZ, constituting the provisions of the contract - PPU.
3. Reasons for failure to divide the order into parts:
the subject of the contract is not divided for organizational reasons,technical, technological and economic and rational spending of public funds. The division of the order into parts would threaten to limit competition or excessive technical difficulties and the costs of performing the contract as well as the need to coordinate the activities of various contractorsimplementing individual elements of the order. In addition, there would be a risk of non -performance of the full scope of the order. The contracting authority has done a market discernment and such orders deal with the company specialized in this direction.
