- 1. The subject of the order is the performance of adaptation works in selected rooms of a commercial building located at ul. Kwiatkowskiego 3A in Stalowa Wola. 2. The scope of the order includes the implementation of construction works in accordance with the developed design documentation and technical specification for execution and acceptance construction works, within the scope of Stage 1.3. The design documentation was developed into Stage 1 and Stage 2. The subject of the order and valuation is only the implementation of Stage 1.4. The information contained in the design documentation regarding Stage 2 is of an illustrative nature and constitutes an element of the documentation auxiliary are not covered by this order and should not be included in the calculation of the offer price.5.
