Performing archaeological rescue excavations with the development of research results, Obtaining the consents of the property owners and the payment of compensation in connection with the construction of national road No. 69 on the Lubiatowo - S6 expressway, Task 1: Lubiatowo - Provincial Road No. 213
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) performing archaeological rescue excavations (hereinafter: excavations or tests);
2) performing studies of research results;
3) Obtaining the consents of real estate owners, perpetual users, tenants or proxies (hereinafter: the property owner) to the entrance to the plots or parts of them on which there are positions archaeological to perform the necessary research, and in the event of failure to obtain such consents, applying to the voivode to decide to permission to enter the property or part of it;
4) payment of property owners compensation for damages resulting from the use of the area in time testing (hereinafter: compensation);
5) checking the research area in terms of sapper
in archaeological sites located within the investment consisting in the construction of national road No. 69 on the Lubiatowo - S6 Express section, Task 1: Lubiatowo - Provincial Road No. 213 with a length of 11.280 km; 8 positions with a total area of 832 ARS.
Estimated value of the order over EUR 143,000.
