- Performance of archaeological rescue excavations together with the development of research results, obtaining the consents of real estate owners and payment of compensation in connection with the construction of national road No. 69 on the Lubiatowo - Express S6 section, Task 1: Lubiatowo - Provincial road No. 213.
The subject of the subject is to conduct archaeological research necessary for the Dorement of Road Investment entitled: "Construction of national road No. 69 on the semi -core - express road S6, Task 1: Lubiatowo - provincial road No. 213" with a length of 11.280 km (8 stands with a total area of 832 ARS) and consists in:- performed archaeological excavations, along with the usual product of the surface of positions, necessary geodetic work of the area (hereinafter: research);- performing the processing of excavations results (hereinafter: study);- obtaining the consents of the owners real estate, users, tenants or proxies (hereinafter: the owner of the property) to the plots of land where archaeological sites are located in the performance of the necessary research, and in the event of failure to obtain such approvals, applying for the voivode for a decision on the permission to enter Wteren;- payment of property owners compensation for damages for the creation of the area of use of the area during the testing (hereinafter: compensation);- checking the area of the research in terms of sapper.
