- Performance of archaeological rescue excavations together with the development of research results, obtaining the consents of real estate owners and payment of compensation in connection with the construction of national road No. 69 on the Lubiatowo - Express S6 section, Task 2: Provincial road No. 213 - poviat road DP1455G
Impact includes in particular: 1) the performance of archaeological rescue excavations (hereinafter: excavations or research); 2) performing studies of research results; 3) obtaining the consents of real estate owners, perpetual users, tenants or proxies (hereinafter: real estate owner) to the entrance of the naten plots or parts of them on which archaeological sites are located in the performance of the necessary research, and in the event of failure to obtain such consents, applying to the voivode for a decision to permission to enter in termination or part of it; 4) payment Real estate owners compensation for damages resulting from the area of the area during the study (hereinafter: compensation); 5) checking the area of the research in terms of sapper; at archaeological sites located within the limits of investment, which is in the investment of the national road No. 69 on the construction of the national road on the Lubiatowo - Drogspresowa S6 section, Task 2: Provincial Road No. 213 - DP Poviat District 1455G with a length of 15.067km; 13 positions with a total area of 578 ares.
