Performing archaeological rescue excavations with the development of research results, Obtaining the consents of real estate owners and payment of compensation in connection with the construction of national road No. 69 on the Lubiatowo - Express road S6, Task 2: Provincial Road No. 213 - DP1455 Poviat Road
The subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) execution of archaeological rescue excavations (hereinafter: excavations or tests);
2) performing studies of research results;
3) obtaining the consents of real estate owners, perpetual users, tenants or proxies (hereinafter: the property owner) to the entrance to the plots or parts of them on which they find archaeological sites in order to perform the necessary research, and in the event of failure to obtain such consents, applying to the voivode to decide to permission to enter the property or part of it;
4) payment of property owners compensation for damages resulting from use area during the test (hereinafter: compensation);
5) Checking the research area in terms of sapper in archaeological sites located within the investment consisting in the construction of national road No. 69 on the Lubiatowo - S6 express section, Task 2: Provincial road No. 213 - DP Poviat Road 1455G with a length of 15.067 km; 13 positions with a total area of 578 ares.
Estimated value of the order over EUR 143,000.
