Description:
The subject of the contract is the performance of the coal transport service with the contractor's railway rolling stock on the lines of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. or lines of other infrastructure managers from the sending mines presented below: Southern Coal Company Company Company in Jaworzno, Polska Grupa Gornicza sp.z o.o. in Katowice, other (undefined directions), to the CONTRACTOR CHP.: KATOWIECH POCEPLANT, CIESZYN CIECTRIE, TYCHY CHP plant, Bielsko -Biała EC1 and EC2 CHP. The subject of the contract is divided into the following tasks (parts):
Task no 1
Task No. 2. Performing the transport service Railway coal to the Tychy Cemetery and the Bielsko CHP plant: EC1 in Bielsko-Biała and EC2 in Czechowice-Dziedzice
IN Planned contract provisions for task No. 1, the amounts of carbon transport are provided: maximum, guaranteed and minimal, in the amount: maximum: 250,000 mg, guaranteed: 185,000 mg, minimum: 145,000 mg.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the designed provisions Contracts (attachments No. 3a to SWZ).
In the planned provisions of the contract for task No. 2, the amounts of coal transport are provided: maximum, guaranteed and minimal, in the amount of: maximum: 165,000 mg, guaranteed: 130,000 mg, minimum: 105,000 mg.
