Performing comprehensive assessments of the state of the environment on large -scale degraded area: WTZ - Green and WTZ Zachem - SOE, located at the "Zachem" chemical plant in Bydgoszcz together with draft plans to improve the state of the environment.
1. The subject of the contract is to prepare studies covering a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment ("comprehensive assessment") within the meaning of the Act of 16 June 2023 on large -scale degraded areas (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1719; "WTZ Act") and justified by the results of research and tests of the project plan to improve the state of the environment within the meaning of the WTZ Act for each of the two areas in the former ZAW chemical plants in Bydgoszcz, defined as large -scale degraded areas (WTZ):
A.WTZ ZWIEM Zielona (area approx. 172.8 ha);
B.WTZ SOE (area approx. 114.9 ha)
2. In the scope of a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment for WTZ, green is necessary:
A. Preparation and analysis of materials for assessing the WTZ area Zachiem Zielona, a detailed program of individual activities under the concluded contract, containing all the information specified in § 10 para. 1 of the concluded contract and prepared in accordance with the requirements of describing the subject of the contract ("Research program").
B. Contracting the assessment of the isolated landfill of the sludge at ul. Elektryczne in Bydgoszcz ("ISO"), a general landfill of waste other than hazardous at ul. Zielona in Bydgoszcz ("OSO") and hazardous waste landfill ("son") in terms of real ...
