1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction and assembly works after prior development Project and cost documentation for the task-construction of a temporary container camp with the necessary infrastructure accompanying in the "Design and build" system in drought. As part of the order, you must perform: design and cost documentation together with obtaining relevant decisions administrative and arrangements allowing for the implementation of construction works, implementation of construction and assembly works in accordance with the adopted construction documentation. Design studies should be made by:
- a classified part with a reserved clause: land development project with shot underground infrastructure (networks and connections to the facility), including teletechnical sewage system, technical design of the teletechnical industry regarding ICT systems and alarm systems,
- explicit part: in the scope of other design studies (without the planned infrastructure ICT and alarm systems).
The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 to SWZ.
2. Military implementation of the subject of the contract: closed area - road 4 drought, Susz commune, Iława poviat.
3. The contractor will guarantee the subject of the contract, i.e. Works performed and installed devices for the period: minimum 24 - maximum 36 months.
4. The Contractor will guarantee the supplied equipment and equipment for the period: minimum 24 - maximum 36 months.
