Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works entitled: "Performance of construction works and services related to the implementation of construction works as part of the investment task entitled" Comprehensive reconstruction of the Poznań Palm House Palm House " - procedure number PIM/08/25/ZP47/2020-258.
Item Orders include, in particular, the implementation of construction works including, among others, the extension, reconstruction and renovation of the Poznań Palm House and the construction of a garage for the needs of the Poznań Palm House together with the necessary technical infrastructure (including the construction of rainwater reservoirs, retention and reservoirs drainage, generator aggregate) and land development (including small architecture), construction of a water supply connection, demolition of a cafe building with a connector to pavilion 3, a chimney with a technical outbuilding, a equipment storage building and a crane storage building and services related to performed Construction works of the investment task in accordance with the design documentation and a detailed description of the subject of the contract and other attachments, including the model contract.
2. The entire subject of the contract is executed in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge and engineering art and widely applicable law.
