Description:
The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works entitled: "Expansion of Wiczlińska Street on the section from the" Wiczlino "gas station to SP 37 in Gdynia." The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) execution of construction works in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Employer (attachment No. 1.1 to SWZ), technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (Annex No. 1.2), instructions for the execution of construction works (Annex 1.3 to SWZ), guidelines developed by the City Gardener Department (Annex 1.4 and 1.5 to SWZ) and, including the disposition of point 3.6 of this SWZ;
2) obtaining an appropriate decision on the permit to use or submit an effective notification of completion of works in the appropriate building supervision authority and submitting to the Employer a properly obtained permit for the use or document confirming the effectiveness of the notification; The Contractor on his own determines what parts of the subject of the contract and at what time they require such a permit or submission of a notification. The contracting authority will grant the contractors to relevant powers of attorney in this respect;
