- The subject of the fitting is the construction of construction robs in the design formula and build consisting of 12 external siens in the municipalities of the Kalisko-Ostrowska agglomeration. As part of the implementation of the Claw, the Contractor of Stage I - is obliged to comprehensively develop project documentation land development at the Monta of Outdoes, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended), in puppies:- obtaining maps for project cells (if it will be required),- obtaining all necessary by law: consultation, agree opinions, decisions, technical conditions, implementation of land development projects, after prior inventory and in agreement with the ordering,- obtaining on behalf of the ordering decision on the permit to build/collect robts not requiring a building permit together with notification of not providing comments .- Donating the ordering complete documentation to the Legal Robt of Construction - The Contractor is obliged to implement the construction of construction - to the extent specified in the project documentation, embrace real...
