1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving the construction of a swimming pool building Along with the development of the area and the place of activity of urban sports for the investment task entitled "Modernization of the NamysΕowska Center - stage I" (task code c/om/VIII/P1/21b), as described by the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
