Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in thermomodernization and reconstruction of the kindergarten building No. 66 at ul. G. Zapolska 16 in Bydgoszcz as part of the investment of the city entitled: "Investments covered by preparatory support under the Energy Efficiency Programbuildings and public lighting in Bydgoszcz (Bydgoszcz Energy) "in the scope and on the conditions specified in SWZ with attachments, including in the project documentation (a list of documents constituting the project documentation includes an attachment entitled" Annexes - list of documentation ") and in the contract template.
2.The contracting authority divided the order into parts, i.e. the order including thermomodernization of educational institutions in Bydgoszcz, the contracting authority intends to implement in parts regarding individual institutions, in separate proceedings.
3. For willing contractors, the contracting authority allows you to take a visionlocal on 12/03/2025 at 12.30. Meeting place at the main entrance to the Kindergarten building No. 66 at ul. Zapolska 16 in Bydgoszcz. Participation in the meeting is not mandatory.
4. Submitted for funding from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Warsaw underNational Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity, investment B1.1.3 Exchange of heat sources and improvement of school energy efficiency.
5. The contracting authority reserves the right to annul the contract award procedure pursuant to art. 257 POPP, i.e. if public funds thatwill order ...
