Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in thermomodernization and reconstruction of the Primary School building No. 41 together with the infrastructure at ul. Traugutta 12 in Bydgoszcz as part of the city's investment entitled: "Investments covered by preparatory support under the Increasing Programenergy efficiency of buildings and public lighting in Bydgoszcz (Bydgoszcz Energy) "in the scope and on the conditions specified in SWZ with attachments, including in the project documentation (a list of documents constituting the project documentation includes an attachmentin the contract template.
2. The subject of the contract includes the performance of the following order modules:
1) module I - scope including internal works in the basement of the building
(excluding rooms of the kitchen facilities) and in the ground floor sports wing (gym, cloakroom facilities),
2) moduleII - scope including works on the ground floor of the building (kitchen, canteen, common room, administrative rooms) and replacement of installation risers on all floors,
3) module III - scope covering all works on the third floor of the building,
4) module IV - scopeincluding the performance of all works on the second floor of the building,
5) module V - range covering all works on the first floor of the building,
6) module VI - range covering all works, on all floors in the staircase on the right side of the building.
