Description:
1. The subject of this contract is the implementation of renovation and construction works in 4 school buildings, located in the city of Kielce, in order to improve their energy efficiency.
2. The order of the order includes in particular:
2.1. Part I - Primary School No. 33, ul. Piłsudski42, Kielce. In order to improve energy efficiency, renovation and construction works will be carried out as a task, among otherslighting luminaires, replacement of CO installations, DHW, replacement of technology of two heat nodes, implementation of PV solar installations. The detailed scope for execution is determined by design documentation and technical specification of construction and acceptance of construction works.
2.2. Part II - building VI High SchoolGeneral Education Juliusz Słowacki in Kielce, ul. Gagarina 5, 25-031 Kielce. In order to improve energy efficiency, renovation and construction works will be carried out as the task, including: insulation of basement walls/ foundations to an optimal depth, insulation.Antiwilgotic walls of the basement, insulation of external walls of buildings, ceiling insulation, installation of solar panels on the roof, as well as installation of mechanical ventilation, replacement of the central heating installation, CWU, electricity (including replacement of lighting for LED), replacement of window joineryo...
