Description:
The subject of the fall is the construction of construction robs in the formula design and build as part of the investment task entitled Modernization of the bridge facility on the side road ul. Cieszyska. As part of the implementation of the contract consisting in the modernization of the bridge facility on the side road ul. Cieszyska in Ustroń. The following material scope is attached for the subject of the contract: 1) Task 1: Project documentation - as part of this task, the Contractor is obliged in puppies to: a) developing a complete industry peno documentation design in accordance with the scope and guidelines indicated in PFU for project documentation, including: obtaining all necessary opinions and agreeing, b) after acceptance by the Ordering Documentation Documentation of Construction and Architectonic at the Poviat Starosty in Cieszyn and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party relevant to the required by law, including the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418 hereinafter referred to as: Construction Law), necessary to perform the contract. 2) Task 2: Construction works ...
