- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services in 2024/2025, troubleshooting, minor repairs and emergency services for tenants in the field of electrical works located in:
- residential and commercial buildings owned by the Gdańsk commune, including partsfield residential buildings (staircases, basement corridors, attics, trolley rooms, drying rooms, laundry rooms and shelter rooms), - detached utility buildings, including garages, utility rooms, toilets detached,
-residential and commercial premises owned by gmines of Gdańsk, and located in the buildings of housing communities.
The scope of services also includes, in particular, acting as a technical (tenant's) emergency service in the field of electrical works and immediate removal of failures (and their effects) posing a threat to life, health or property.
Building ownership structure and characteristics of residential premises owned by the Gdańsk Commune:
-number of residential buildings 100% owned by the Gdańsk Commune - 1,426.
