1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an organizational and logistics service of a two-day international Meetings of project partners, including a study visit, for a maximum of 50 people, as part of the "Start in Mountains" project, co -financed by the European Union under the Interreg Europa program.
2. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as Annex to the Public Procurement Agreement.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be entered into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as model of the contract).
95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
5. Meeting is co -financed from the "Startup Village Startup as an impulse for mountains areas "(Sturtup villages with an impulse for the development of mountainous areas, Akrona, project" Start in Mountains ") implemented under the Interreg Europa program.
