Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation works in the hospital facilities at ul. Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego 1 and ul. Szpitalna 45:
- Package No. 1 Renovation of the sanitary installation in the basement of buildings A, B, C, D at ul. Szpitalna 45
- Package No. 2 Renovation of the Addiction Treatment Department with subunits at ul. Cardinal S. Wyszyński
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in the project documentation - constituting Annex 2.1 and 2.2. to SWZ.
3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were also included in the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to Swz.
4. The Contractor shall take into account the difficulties resulting from the performance of work in an active facility and the need to maintain medical activities (clinics) in adjacent rooms. Due to the specifics of the hospital's work - he works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, the contractor will be able to perform Robots basically without time restrictions. However, bothersome works will have to be agreed with the person responsible for the ongoing performance of the contract and the contracting authority with the contractor authorized by the Employer.
5. The order is co -financed from the provincial budget funds Wielkopolski Package number 1-renovation of the sanitary installation in the basement of buildings A, B, C, D, contract No. DZ-IV-A/34/2025 of February 17, 2025
Package number 2 - Renovation of the Addiction Treatment Department with subunits, contract No. 27/Dz.III/2025 of May 28, 2025
