- The subject of the contract is to perform the obligations of a replacement investor in the implementation of the construction project "Construction of the B1 building and modernization of buildings A and C - O/ Sosnowiec".
As part of the implementation of the order items, the Contractor will exercise full industry investor supervision, in accordance withapplicable law, including the Construction Law of July 7, 1994. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended), on works falling within the scope of a construction investment consisting in:
1) construction of the B1 office building of the ZUS in Sosnowiec at ul. Partyzantow 1, construction of the B1 building should beTreat as the expansion of the building C
2) modernization of building A at ul. 1 Maja 25 in Sosnowiec;
3) Modernization of building C at ul. Partyzantow 1 in Sosnowiec;
4) demolition of the existing office building B in Sosnowiec at ul. Partyzantow 1;
5) demolition of the existing and construction of new Trafo stations;
6) constructionterrestrial parking lot and underground tanks: fire and retention for rainwater;
7) the development of the area on the Journal of Laws noThe execution of the subject of the contract will be required to
1) participation in verification and acceptance of design works for the abovementioned construction undertaking,
2) participation in the preparation of materials for the tender procedure and in the procedure for the selection of a contractor for construction works,
