- Description:
- The subject of the order is: protection of the client's property on the premises of the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Międzychód at Szpitalna Street 10. In order to carry out the task of protecting the Hospital Facility, the Contractor is obliged to: in particular: a) Property protection, i.e. activities aimed at preventing crimes and offenses against property, as well as preventing damage resulting from these events and preventing unauthorized persons from entering the protected area, b) Appropriate marking of the protected facility, c) Preparation of a procedure regulating the manner of performing security, d) The Contractor is obliged to train Security Employees in the provisions on the protection of persons and property, including the duties and rights of the Employee Security.e) The Contractor is obliged to train Security Employees in the protection of business secrets. The Contractor and the Security Employees assigned by him to carry out the tasks specified in this contract are jointly and severally liable for disclosing to persons unauthorized access to any information they obtained while performing activities related to the protection of the Facility. f) Operating the hospital switchboard...
