Please for submitting an offer to perform an analysis in facilities managed by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sosnowiec generating reactive power (capacitive and inductive) in terms of the profitability of installing and commissioning reactive power compensation devices for these facilities. When preparing the offer, please make the following assumptions: 1. The subject of the order is to perform an analysis in facilities managed by the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sosnowiec that generate reactive power (capacitive and inductive) in terms of profitability of installing and commissioning reactive power compensation devices for these facilities. The facilities in which the Ordering Party is considering installing the devices are listed in point 3. Additionally, the Contractor should estimate the assembly cost independently for each facility and commissioning the reactive power compensation device. 2. As part of the order, the suitability of the reactive power compensation device in the possession of the Ordering Party should also be checked in terms of its use. 3.
