Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the author's supervision in the implementation of the investment entitled "Library-Mediateka-Creative Center of Books, Science, Education and Technology in Suwałki, in the scope provided for in the provisions of Article 12 (1) point 1, Article 20 and 21 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law(Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, i.e.regarding materials and structures as well as technical and technological solutions,
3) providing explanations, technical or technological instructions related to the implementation of construction elements,
4) detachment of these executive drawings, which will be indicated by the construction manager or supervision inspector asunclear, application of corrections, changes or supplementations
on executive documentation,
5) participation in committees, technical meetings in construction councils organized by the Employer depending on the needs submitted by the Contractor and the Ordering Party,
6) submitting comments on the works performed andsecurity status at the construction site,
7) Current consulting related to the implementation of the project.
