The subject of the order is to supervise author's supervision under the projects:
"Work on the line Kolejowa E 75 (Rail Baltica) on the section Białystok - Knyszyn "," Works on the E 75 (Rail Baltica) railway line on the Knyszyn - Osowiec section "and" Works on the E 75 railway line (Rail Baltica) on the Osowiec - Ełk section ".
The subject of the contract includes:
- basic scope: performing author's supervision in quantities up to 1850 stays at the construction site over the implementation of construction and assembly works, conducted on the basis of project documentation for a task covering the implementation of construction works regarding the section Białystok-Knyszyn (section No. 1) and Osowiec-Ełk (section No. 3 and 4),
- Law Options: means the contracting authority's right to increase the scope of the contract by increasing the number of stays by a maximum of 1,150 stays to ensure author's supervision over the implementation of construction and assembly works conducted on the basis of project documentation for the Knyszyn section - Osowiec (episode 2), after the contracting authority launched in the contract with the contractor of construction works of the right options No. 1 for the design and execution of construction works in the scope of the Knyszyn - Osowiec section.
