Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Performing chimney sweeping services in buildings administered by the Housing Management Board in Otwock in 2026.2. Description of the subject of the order: 1) The Ordering Party informs that the quantities given in the list are estimated quantities, in to determine the size of the order and select the most advantageous offer. During the execution of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of individual items within the total value of the contract.2) The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the list of properties covered by the order during the execution of the contract in the event of: a) taking over the management/administration of properties not included in the list, b) transferring the management of the properties included in the list to a third party, c) changing the legal status of properties included in the list, d) other situations beyond the fault of the parties which could not have been foreseen when concluding the contract. 3) The work should be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations based on Polish Standards, guidelines of Polish institutions: National Labor Inspectorate, Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, Fire Department Poarna, the Provincial Inspector of Environmental Protection and in accordance with the Construction Law and chimney sweeping practices.
