- 1. Performing chimney sweeping services in 82 buildings managed by MZBM in Kalisz. 2. The scope of work includes, among others: 1) periodic inspection, once a year, consisting in checking the technical condition of chimney ducts (smoke, exhaust and ventilation) in accordance with the Construction Law of 07 July 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended) along with the preparation and entry into the Central Emission Register of Buildings of an electronic control protocol (e-protok) (Communications of the Minister of Development and Technology of July 21, 2023 on determining the date of implementation of technical solutions enabling the entry of data and information into the central register of building emission (Journal of Laws of 2023, items 1451-1455)), 2) cleaning of chimney flues: smoke (once every 3 months), exhaust gas (once every 6 months) and ventilation (once a year) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 822). 3) other chimney sweeping services resulting from actual needs (e.g. indicating wires to connect devices ...
