Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of chimney sweeping services from the date of conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028 in municipal buildings managed by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Building Society. Spoeczny Sp. z o. o. in Ruda lska in the scope of: periodic technical inspection of chimney flues in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 1c of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418). cleaning of smoke chimneys, exhaust and ventilation systems based on the provisions of the Act of August 24, 1991. on fire protection (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 188) and the implementing regulations and subject standards issued on its basis, including, among others: Regulation of the Minister Internal Affairs and Administration of June 7, 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas (Journal of Laws No. 109 of 2010, item 719) and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of August 16, 1999 in on technical conditions for the use of residential buildings (Journal of Laws of 1999, No. 74, item 836, as amended).
