1.1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of complete project documentation (hereinafter referred to asdocumentation) together with obtaining the opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by the provisions, and the author's supervision for the following sentences:

Name of the task: Part 1: Implementation of project documentation for the task: Expansion of the existing water reservoir inDepartment 19 h Chotowa forestry
Description:
- expansion of the dyke together with the built-in protection against damage caused by beavers, deepening the tank to a depth of 3m and widening the water reservoir to increase retention capabilities to 3,000m3 of water,
- execution of the water drawing point for the purposesfire protection with a maneuvering yard for fire brigades
1.1.2. Task: Part 2: Implementation of project documentation for the task: Expansion of the existing water reservoir in 60 N Machowa Forestry;

- Extension of the dyke together with the built-in protection against damage caused by beavers,Execution of the island, deepening the tank to a depth of 3m and widening the water reservoir to increase retention capabilities to 40,000m3 of water,
