Performing complete project documentation together with obtaining all administrative decisions Understanding for carrying out construction works carried out in the Stary Sącz Forest District, as part of the project, a comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry for climate change-low retention and counteracting water erosion in mountainous areas-(European funds Feniks 2021-2027)
Subject The contract is to perform complete project documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) together with obtaining the opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by the provisions of the Construction Law, as well as the author's supervision divided into 4 tasks.
The documentation should contain (applies to all tasks):
1. Construction design to the extent taking into account the specifics of construction works.
2. Executive design
3. Costing rescue containing:
a) Investor's cost estimate made in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining methods and basics preparing an investor cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design work and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws 2021 item 2458),
b) the bill of quantities, which should include a list of basic works expected to perform In the technological order of their implementation, together with their detailed description or indication of the basics determining the detailed description and an indication of the relevant technical specifications ...
