- 1. The subject of the contract is supervising the compliance of the construction with the project at the contract: "Construction of the Nidzica bypass along Voivodship Road No. 545".
2. The subject of the contract is a service involving supervision (hereinafter referred to as supervision) on the compliance of the implementationconstruction works with project documentation to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of construction works and all other works related to the supervision of the designer, corresponding to the author's supervision in accordance with the applicable Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021 item 2351)and the decision to permit the ZRID road investment with the amending decisions.
Construction works will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract for construction for construction and engineering works designed by the Employer - FIDIC.
