Description:
The subject of the order is to supervise the compliance of the construction with the project at the contract entitled: Supervision over the compliance of construction with the project on the contract: "Expansion of voivodship road No. 507 on the Pieniężno -Orneta section".
The subject of the contract is the service consisting in supervision (hereinafter referred to as supervision) on the compliance of construction works with the design documentation to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of construction works and all other works related to the supervision of the designer, corresponding to the author's supervision in accordance with The applicable Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) and decisions to permit the ZRID road investment with the amending decisions.
