- The subject of the order is to provide a comprehensive service of organizing and archiving documentation in BCP-Olszwka (category B files) and permanent destruction of non-archival documentation after its prior separation, together with the preparation and submission of an application for consent to dispose of documents for the appropriate local state archive. The archiving service will be provided at the Ordering Party's headquarters. The subject of the order includes, among others: - qualification and classification of documents, - arrangement of files in accordance with applicable regulations, - preparation of a delivery and acceptance list in an editable and non-editable version. and paper, - description of files and archiving boxes, - preparation of applications to the State Archives, - destruction of documentation after obtaining the required consent of the State Archives, - issuing a certificate and a document destruction protocol. The number of documents to be processed is given in the offer form are only estimates, and the final settlement will be based on the actual number of files prepared.
