3.1. The subject of the contract is to perform a comprehensive cleaning service along with washing windows, consisting of constantly maintaining cleanliness and carrying out cleaning works in buildings and on the premises external ministry of family, labor and social policy, including:
Nowogrodzka 1/3/5, ul. Ε»urawia 4A and ul. Bracka 4 (cage 1 and 2);
2) for part 2 of the order - in the guaranteed employee benefits Fund facility in GdaΕsk at ul. SzkΔΕΌnicka 58.
3.2. The concise information regarding the description of the subject, scope and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is determined by:
1) in the case of part 1 of the subject of the contract-Annex 2.1 to SWZ-planned provisions of the contract (PPU-1) together with attachments, and in particular Annex 1 to PPU-1 "Detailed description of the subject of the contract";
2) In the case of part 2 of the subject of the contract-Annex 2.2 to SWZ-planned provisions of the contract (PPU-2) together with attachments, in particular Annex 1 to PPU-2 pn. "Detailed description of the subject of the order".
3.3. Contractor He can submit an offer for one or two parts of the order.
