Description:
1. The subject of this contract is the performance of a comprehensive supply of high -man -type natural gas for the needs of the Pińczow poviat shopping group for facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. and contracts for the provision of gas transmission or distribution (comprehensive agreement) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
The SWZ will conclude separate contracts arising from this public procurement procedure under an unlimited tender for the performance of a comprehensive delivery of high -metane natural gas for the needs of the Pińczow Poviat purchasing group.
Conclusion of contracts was concluded in Annex 1 to SWZ.
