Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive investor supervision services and management of the task: "Expansion of national road No. 46 consisting in the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path on the Ozimek - Grodziec section" during the implementation of construction works and settlement of the contract and during the period warranty inspections, including: • contract management (the term "contract" used in this document means an agreement for the performance of construction works with the Contractor as part of the task entitled "Expansion of national road No. 46 involving the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path on the section Ozimek - Grodziec),• participation in the activities of handing over the construction site to the Contractor,• performing the function of investor supervision in accordance with the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended). As part of these activities, the Contractor undertakes in particular to to: - represent the Ordering Party on the construction site by checking the compliance of the task implementation with the design documentation, applicable regulations, applicable standards and principles of technical knowledge, - checking the quality of construction works and incorporated materials, - checking and immediate acceptance of construction works that are covered or disappearing, but no later than within 24 hours from the moment the contractor reports readiness for acceptance of the works, - preparation and confirmation of readiness for partial acceptance and final acceptance, and ...
