The subject of the order is to provide comprehensive investor supervision for the construction of the Wrzosowe Wzgrze housing estate, Stage III (former name of Osiedle Glinki) at Jzefa Romana Street in Szczecin. 2. Code from the Zamwie Common Vocabulary (CPV): 71520000-9 Construction supervision services.3. Scope of work subject to investor supervision, includes the turnkey construction of eleven residential buildings (285 residential premises, floor area 15,627.74 m2 and 6 commercial premises, floor space 234.63 m2), execution of the necessary accompanying infrastructure and land development along with the implementation of all works and activities necessary for the proper execution of the order in question in the material scope included in the studies: a) design documentation, i.e. construction, technical and executive designs, bills of quantities; b) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works performed by DOMINO Grupa Architektoniczna Wojciech Dunaj with its registered office in Szczecin at Mickiewicza 118/5 and b) these Terms and Conditions of Order (SWZ).
