Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a comprehensive plan for planning, organizing and conducting two four -day foreign studio visits for 25 participants each.
1) The order will be processed in two parts:
a) Part I. Performance of a comprehensive planning service, organization and conducting a four -day foreign studio visit to Bergen, Norway.
Performing a comprehensive planning, organization and conduct of a four -day foreign studio visit to Slovenia or Portugal.
2) The contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts. The Employer does not allow partial offers within one part. Submission of an offer that does not include the implementation of the entire subject of the contract within a given part will reject the offer without further consideration.
3) the Ordering Party pursuant to art. 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 r. Public procurement law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), and the contractor agrees to the right of the option. The order carried out under the option is the unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Therefore, the subject of the contract includes:
- basic order covering the organization Visits for 20 people
- Order covered by the right options covering participation in the visit of additional persons (maximum 5).
