- The subject of this contract is the performance of a comprehensive supply of high -methane natural gas for the needs of the Pleśna commune shopping group for facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. Gas delivery will take place on the basis of a contract containing provisions for the indicated facilities In Annex 1 to SWZ. Gas delivery will take place on the basis of a contract concluding the provisions of the Sales Agreement and the Agreement for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, Civil Code and provisions executive issued on their basis.
Pleśna commune, shopping group's partners and units listed in Annex 1 to SWZ will include separate contracts arising from this public procurement procedure under an open tender for the performance of comprehensive gas supply Earth high -mounted type E for the needs of the Pleśna commune shopping group for facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. Gas supplying will take place on the basis of a contract containing provisions detailed information regarding the conclusion of contracts by the commune and its organizational units included were in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The Employer shall act on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the headquarters of the Ordering Party), on behalf of:
