1. The subject of the contract is to perform laboratory tests with accompanying services described in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 8 to SWZ for the purposes of completing comprehensive assessments of the state of the environment in the former chemical plants ZAWIM in Bydgoszcz, defined as large -scale degraded areas (WTZ):
1) WTZ ZWIEM Zielona (area approx. 172.8 ha);
2) WTZ SOE (area approx. 114.9 ha);
2. The order of the order is to enable the Employer to independently verify the samples from the research carried out by the contractor entitled: "Performing comprehensive assessments of the state of the environment in a large -scale degraded area: WTZ West - green and green and WTZ Zachem - SOE, located at the "Zachem" Chemical Plant in Bydgoszcz together with draft plans to improve the state of the environment "(" Contractor of the Contract "). Samples subject to examinations by the contractor will be taken in parallel with samples taken by the Contractor of the Contract.
