The subject of the contract is the provision of service in the field of design supervision, management and inspection and supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of the public procurement procedure, the subject of which is: "Design and construction of the second roadway of the Wyrzysk beltway along the S10 expressway along with strengthening the road existing to the KR6", on the terms specified in the contract with the consultant and in accordance with the contractual conditions for the investment task.
The service includes the consultant's duties in accordance with the contract, based on the OWK and SWK, in particular:
- exercising supervision over design, verification of project documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, verification of the results of checking calculations in order to find possible errors,
- management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuing the final payment certificate,
- conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this area with the Employer, including with the Department Director, project manager and communication position at the GDDKiA branch,
- fulfillment of reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures
and cooperation in this area with services GDDKiA,
