A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is: execution of design documentation entitled: Repair of water and sewage installations and central heating in the building of the Department and the Department of Microbiology of the Medical University of Medical University in Wrocław at ul. Chałubińskiego 4 in Wrocław ". The order of the order was described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ. This requires that the services offered meet the requirements contained in the description of the subject of the Order (Annex No. 2 to SWZ) .2. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract specifies the agreement model (altogether 4 to SWZ) .3. The Employer reserves the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of the key part of the contract, i.e. a construction project.
