A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The order of the procurement includes the development of design documentation with the exercise of author's supervision for the task. Construction of a multi-family residential buildings at ul. Traugutta and Kalinowa in Sosnowiec on plots No. 316/3 and 153 ", together with obtaining a building permit. 2. The order of the contract should be developed on the basis of urban concept and project documentation currently implemented by stage I, which is an attachment to this study. 172 apartments with a total usable area of approx. 8150 m2 and approx. 250 m2 of the area of commercial premises located on the ground floor of buildings designed from ul. Kalinowa. 3. A description of the subject of the order contains Annex 2 to SWZ - description of the subject of the order.
