- The planned investment is located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in the Inowrocław poviat and runs through the Municipality of the City of Inowrocław, the Inowrocław Commune and the Rojewo Commune and in the Bydgoszcz poviat and runs through the Nowa Wieś Wielkie Wieś commune and the Solec Kujawski commune. The beginning of the investment in the part 1 Located at the Solidarity roundabout in Inowrocław (along with a correction of pedestrian and bicycle routes around the roundabout), the end of Part 1 is located in Stara Wieś and ends at the border of the Rojewo commune and the Inowrocław poviat.
