- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive performance of the energy performance certificates of real estate constituting the resource of the Military Property Agency.
2. The removal assumes that during the period of the contract concluded as a result of the decision of the proceedings in question, the preparation of certificates will be commissionedenergy characteristics for the following type of property. The order was divided into 2 parts

part 1:
residential premises for rent or sale in an amount of about 100 (not less than 60) in buildings owned by the State Treasury from the AMW Oreg Warsaw resource or in buildings of communities and housing cooperatives with areas of 15 to 100 m2 (inexceptional situations also greater).
part 2
part 2:
service premises for rent or sale in an amount of about 120 (not less than 70) in own buildings AMW OREG Warsaw or in buildings of communities and housing cooperatives in the area of operation of a branch with areas of 5 to 500 m2 (in exceptionalalso greater situations). In the case of garage halls, these surfaces will oscillate from several hundred to about 1500 m2.
