The subject of the contract is the management and supervision over the implementation of the executive project The SRK industry and comprehensive construction works on the railway line No. 622 on the F+J section Podłęże R401 - Gdow / Podłęże R301 - Podłęże Balachowka as part of the project entitled: "Construction of the new railway line Podłęże - Szczyrzyc - Tymbark / Mszana Dolna and modernization of the existing railway line No. 104 Chabowka - Nowy Sącz - stage II. "The purpose of this order is to manage and supervise the implementation of the investment task, in particular:
a) acting as an engineer;
b) material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service for the construction contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting;
c) technical management, including the performance of the investor supervision inspector according to the Construction Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended);
d) Management, including coordination of the construction contract (F+J Podłęże section R401 - Gdow / Podłęże R301 - Balachowka Podłęże) contained as part of the project;
Natural supervision should be carried out in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, a decision agreeing the conditions for the implementation of the project at the stage re -assessment of environmental impact and other administrative decisions in this area.
